CDS Takes Space at 95 Ethel Road for Warehouse, Distribution Needs

NEW JERSEY—CDS Inc. has signed a 29,167-sq.-ft. lease at 95 Ethel Road in Edison. NAI James E. Hanson represented the tenant in the transaction.

"The site simply fit their needs," explained NAI Hanson Vice President Barry J. Cohorsky, who represented CDS in the transaction. "It offers high ceilings with excellent loading and close proximity to all major roadways."

Steve Bartner of Embee Associates Inc. represented the landlord.

CDS, which warehouses and distributes furniture, has been a tenant in the submarket for 15 years.

Located within the Brunswick/Piscataway industrial cluster at the Exit 10 submarket, the 101,928-sq.-ft., single-story site was built in 1986 and has a 22-ft. ceiling height and one drive in.
