Cushman & Wakefield Earns 2012 BOMA N.J. TOBY Award

NEW JERSEY—Cushman & Wakefield’s property management team of Karen Hromin, property manager; Robert Pasaniello, chief engineer; Josh Kotarsky, engineer; Adrienne Mansueto, administrative assistant; and senior management support by Robert Stark and Eileen Carey has been named recipient of the 2012 BOMA New Jersey Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) for management of Metro Corporate Campus’ 99 Wood Ave. South property in Iselin.

The team is receiving the award for the best-managed building in the 250,000 to 499,999-sq.-ft. category.

“This award recognizes Cushman & Wakefield’s property management team’s excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and preparedness and community impact,” said Ron DeBiasse, BOMA N.J. president.

Constructed in 1987, 99 Wood Avenue South is situated on 10 acres in the Metropark submarket, near the intersection of the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Building features include a fitness center, cafeteria and 24/7 security. Tenants include Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, the Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP law firm and CSAV Agency LLC, among others.
