Cushman & Wakefield Gets 2200 Fletcher Avenue Assignment in Fort Lee

NEW JERSEY—James Campbell Company L.L.C. has named Cushman & Wakefield its leasing and management agent for 2200 Fletcher Avenue, a 215,000-sq.-ft. Class A office building located in Fort Lee. James Campbell Company owns the building.

Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, N.J.-based team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan will handle the leasing assignment. The asset’s management will be overseen by Eileen Carey and Bob Stark.

Completed in 1988, 2200 Fletcher Avenue is comprised of seven stories situated on five acres. Located in close proximity to the George Washington Bridge, I-80, I-95, Palisades Interstate Parkway and Route 9W, the facility includes a fitness center, parking garage and 24/7 on-site security.

In addition, the building has an atrium lobby and café. Tenants include Merrill Lynch, Telemundo and MetLife. James Campbell Company acquired 2200 Fletcher Avenue in 2008 as part of the company’s expansion into the New Jersey/New York metro market.

“Major upgrades to the building are currently underway, and more improvements will be made going forward,” said Baumstein.
