Gebroe-Hammer Arranges Multifamily Sales in N.J. Totaling More than $10M

NEW JERSEY—Livingston, N.J.-based Gebroe-Hammer Associates recently completed two multifamily sales in New Jersey, totaling more than $10 million.

The first sale was the $7.8 million disposition of Birchwood Gardens/Quail Run Apartments, a 216-unit apartment complex located at 105 Blackwood Clementon Road in Lindenwold. Gebroe-Hammer’s Joseph Brecher, managing director, and Joel Schwartz, EVP, orchestrated the sale.

In Woodbury, the company coordinated the $3.3 million disposition of Bell Lake Apartments, a 68-unit apartment complex located at 431 Myrtle Ave. in Woodbury. Schwartz, along with Eli Rosen, SVP, represented the seller and identified the buyer in the deal.
