PARSIPPANY, NJ—Hollister Construction Services has begun construction on the interior fit-out of a new Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant located at 858 Broad Street in Newark, N.J.
The restaurant, located in the newly opened Courtyard Newark Downtown hotel, totals 5,333 sq. ft. of space. Owned by Ignite Restaurant Group based in Houston, Texas, the restaurant chain’s Newark location will include picnic-style and booth tables, as well as a bar.
