IOREBA Sets Date, Theme for Annual Developer’s Night Event

NEW JERSEY—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its 21st annual office Developer’s Night event at the Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck, N.J. on Monday, March 18. The theme for this year’s event is “New Jersey’s Changing Landscape for Developers.”

Panelists for the evening include moderator, David Simson, vice chairman and COO, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; Jeffrey M. Schotz, EVP, SJP Properties; Michael Allen Seeve, president and principal, Mountain Development Corp.; Todd M. Anderson, EVP and principal, The Hampshire Companies; Andrew Merin, vice chairman of capital markets, Cushman & Wakefield of N.J.; and Jeff Milanaik, principal, Crown Point Group.

“This year we’ve arranged for some of New Jersey’s most impressive executives to lend their expertise about the state of the market in commercial real estate development in our state,” said W.
