JLL Names Stephen Jenco Director of Suburban Tri-State Research

NEW JERSEY—Jones Lang LaSalle has named Stephen Jenco vice president and director of suburban tri-state research. In this role, Jenco will be responsible for research and analytics for the New Jersey, Fairfield County, Conn., Westchester County, N.Y., and Long Island markets.

“Quality research is an increasingly significant tool that Jones Lang LaSalle offers to our clients, and Steve understands just how critical that service can be,” said Jonathan Meisel, Jones Lang LaSalle’s suburban tri-state market director. “It’s important that we provide current research as well as in-depth market statistics and analysis in order for our clients to make informed commercial real estate decisions.”

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Jenco worked for Grubb & Ellis where he worked his way from research analyst to vice president, director of research and marketing.
