PATH Extends Contract with GSH Group Through 2013

NEW JERSEY—GSH Group Inc.’s building operations and maintenance services contract with the Port Authority Trans-Hudson’s (PATH) MacMillan Bloedel Building has been extend through 2013. The contract, valued at more than $1.2 million, includes the PATH’s MacMillan Bloedel Building, train control center and storage building located in Jersey City.

As part of the contract with PATH, GSH, which is a facilities and energy management provider throughout the U.S. and in Europe, provides a team of on-site skilled personnel for the provision of operations and maintenance of the building systems, equipment, facilities and structure. This includes the provision of licensed building engineers and electricians, as well as support staff.

In addition to the MacMillan Bloedel Building, GSH provides services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s 100 Academy Street in Jersey City and the Port Jersey Marine Terminal in Bayonne.
