River Drive Construction Completes NYC Deli and Restaurant Renovation

NEW JERSEY—Elmwood Park, N.J.-based River Drive Construction has completed a $1.3 million renovation and expansion for Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto II Ristorante, a new Italian deli and restaurant located at 903 Madison Ave. in New York City’s Upper East Side.

The project, which began in March, included expanding the facility to include 4,000 sq. ft. River Drive served as the general contractor and contract manager for the renovations.

The architect on the project was Daniel O'Connor Architects, based in New York City.

Construction work included extending the dining area; reconfiguring the stairway; adding new tile and wall panels on the first floor; new heating, ventilation and air conditioning; new fire protection, electric, lighting, gas and water lines; and the installation of a new sun roof and storefront.
