NEW JERSEY—Studley has arranged two leases in Northern New Jersey totaling 35,542 sq. ft.

In Parsippany, Environmental Waste Management Associates L.L.C. (EWMA) renewed its lease at 100 Lanidex Plaza. The company, which provides environmental consulting and remediation services, has been located in the building since 1996 and extended its 18,687-sq.-ft. lease agreement for the entire third floor. The extension will allow for upgrades and improvements to the company’s space.

In Jersey City, HGK Asset Management L.L.C. renewed and expanded its lease on the 20th floor at 525 Washington Boulevard, a Class A office tower. The independent registered investment advisor expanded its space by approximately 20 percent bringing total space at the property to 16,855 sq. ft. The firm will renovate its existing space while building out its expansion space.

Studley’s Christopher Marx and Joe Messina represented the client in the transaction while Carl Eriksen and Nick Hilton of CBRE represented owners Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT) and Bentall Kennedy (US).
