Transwestern Expands Northeast Region Leadership Team

NEW JERSEY—Transwestern’s northeast region has named that Alex Previdi, an industrial real estate expert, as the firm’s managing director in the New Jersey office. In his new role, Previdi, who specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, will focus on building Transwestern’s industrial real estate group in New Jersey, as well as managing industrial leasing assignments.

Most recently, Previdi served as vice president of Cassidy Turley in New Jersey. Prior to Cassidy Turley, Previdi was at Jones Lang LaSalle and Lee & Klatskin Associates. While at Lee & Klatskin Associates, Previdi was awarded Deal of the Year in 2006.

Before beginning a career in commercial real estate, Previdi held positions in New Jersey government.

In addition to Previdi’s appointment, the company recently promoted Robert Chenoweth to senior vice president of property management for the northeast region and named Erika Morasco Toscani as a vice president of property management. Chenoweth and Toscani are both based in Transwestern’s New Jersey office.
