MORRIS PLAINS, NJ—Weichert Commercial Brokerage has named Stan Kurzweil senior vice president.
With nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Kurzweil joins Weichert Commercial from Cassidy Turley where he was the senior officer of the company’s Somerset office. During his career, Kurzweil has negotiated more than $300 million in transactions for such clients as Deutsche Bank, AT&T, TD Bank, DHL Worldwide Express and more.
An active member of the commercial real estate community, Kurzweil has been accepted as an expert witness in the evaluation and marketing of commercial real estate by the New Jersey Superior Court and municipal boards. He has also served as the president of the New Jersey Chapter of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is a member of IOREBA and NAIOP.
