FAIRFIELD, NJ—Woodmont Properties has named Marla Posey as regional property manager for the company’s apartment portfolio. In this role, Posey is responsible for overseeing the company’s property management and will report directly to Woodmont President Lewis Zlotnick, as well as for implementing management and marketing strategies, expanding services and assuring resident satisfaction.
Prior to joining Woodmont, Posey was a regional property manager for Morgan Properties and Edgewood Properties where she oversaw large portfolios of apartment communities.
Posey will also oversee the management of Woodmont’s apartment portfolio, which includes Woodmont Square in Bridgewater Township and two apartment communities in the Lehigh Valley, Pa. The company also has a number of multifamily projects in the constructions stages throughout New Jersey, including Woodmont Knolls in Hanover, West Side Lofts in Red Bank and Cranford Crossing in Cranford, N.J.
