530 Seventh Avenue Attracts California Fashion Firms

NEW YORK—Many California fashion design firms are opting to expand their operations at Savitt Partners’ 490,000-sq.-ft. showroom building, located at 530 Seventh Avenue.

Recently launched California-based apparel company A2Z Trends, which specializes in men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, has committed to 3,800 sq. ft. at 530 Seventh Avenue. The fashion firm’s space on the third floor of the 30-story tower will serve as their New York City operations. This month, the company is set to debut their “3rd & Army” brand, a full collection of knits, wovens, tops, bottoms and accessories for young men and boys.

Also adding a New York City division at 530 Seventh Avenue is men’s, women’s and boy’s apparel manufacturer Santorelli. The company, which is headquartered in California, has agreed to a 1,817-sq.-ft. lease on the 28th floor of the property.

Raw State, another California-based brand, is an athletic brand serving men, women and children. The sportswear company, which signed a 1,700-sq.-ft. lease on the 5th floor, was attracted to Savitt’s commitment to fashion tenants as well as the building’s central location.
