NEW YORK—Bon Bé Bé, a division of Intimate Holdings Inc., has signed a 10-year, 10,157-sq.-ft. lease at 34 West 33rd Street. Bon Bé Bé, a designer, importer and wholesaler of baby clothes and accessories, will use its space for offices and as a showroom for children’s apparel and accessories.
Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC’s David Levy and Brett Maslin represented the landlord, Arcade Building Associates, in the transaction, while Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance represented the tenant. Details of the lease were note disclosed.
Built in 1908, 34 West 33rd Street is a 12-story, 158,196-sq.-ft. building with 24-hour infrared key access. Other tenants at the property include Cutie Pie Baby, Baby Fair, My Boy Sam and Handcraft Manufacturing Corp., among others.
