Bright Horizons Signs Two Long-Term Lease Agreements to Add Facilities in Brooklyn and Manhattan

NEW YORK—Bright Horizons Family Solutions has taken up space at 175 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg and at 910 Ninth Avenue in Manhattan. Both are new locations for the childcare provider and long-term leases.

At 175 Kent Avenue, the company will occupy approximately 20,712 sq. ft. of space; at 910 Ninth Avenue, it will occupy 17,288 sq. ft. Both leases were negotiated by Cassidy Turley’s Michael Hoffmann, senior managing director, and Peter Occhi, managing director, who represented Bright Horizons in the transactions.

Equity Residential Management’s Diana Boutross and Jeff Winick of Winick Realty represented the owner of the Williamsburg-based facility.

Professional Office Leasing Associates, which owns 910 Ninth Avenue, was represented by Jeff Punia.

Founded in 1986, Bright Horizons Family Solutions provides employer-sponsored childcare, early education and work/life solutions and has locations in the U.S., Europe and Canada.
