Lightstone Group Completes $23M Refinance of Three Shopping Centers in Massachusetts and Connecticut

NEW YORK—The Lightstone Group has completed the refinancing of three of its retail shopping centers located in North Attleboro, Mass. and Manchester, Conn. The financing was arranged with Bank of the Ozarks for a three-year, $23 million floating rate loan.

In North Attleboro are the Christmas Tree Shops Plaza, which totals approximately 98,000 sq. ft. and Cumberland Avenue Plaza, which totals approximately 59,200 sq. ft. Both are accessible off Route 1 and within two miles of Interstate 95 and 295.

In Manchester, Conn. Is Hale Road, which totals about 112,000 sq. ft. and is located off Interstate 84 in the Greater Hartford retail submarket.

Current overall occupancy for the three properties is more than 94 percent. Tenants at the properties include Christmas Tree Shops, Tuesday Morning, Guitar Center and David’s Bridal, among others.
