NEW YORK—LinkedIn Corporation is expanding its space at the Empire State Building by 33 percent, adding 10,400 sq. ft. on the 24th floor to its existing 32,000 sq. ft. on the 25th floor.
Sacha Zarba of CBRE represented LinkedIn in the lease negotiations. William Cohen, Ryan Kass and Shanae Ursini of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. Malkin Holdings supervises the iconic skyscraper.
LinkedIn will move into its new space in early 2013. The company first leased the 25th floor in 2011.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., LinkedIn has 2,447 employees worldwide and 161 million network members.
