Mediaocean Takes 88,387 SF at 620 Avenue of the Americas

NEW YORK—Internet advertising technology company Mediaocean LLC has signed an 88,387-sq.-ft. lease at 620 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. The company will occupy office space on the property’s sixth floor when it relocates from its current space at 115 West 18th Street.

CBRE Group’s Sacha Zarba, Freddie Fackelmayer, Ben Friedland, Gregory Tosko and Greg Maurer-Hollaenderrepresented the tenant in the transaction, while Bill Elder served as in-house representative for the landlord, RXR.

Constructed in 1896, 620 Avenue of the Americas includes 700,000 sq. ft. of office space with ceiling heights up to 17 ft. The beaux-arts style building has undergone improvements totaling more than $46 million in the last two decades and provides tenants with a central lobby, 24-hour attended concierge, oversized windows and access to public transportation.
