STAMFORD—One Dock Street, a partnership between affiliates of Meritage Properties LLC and ClearRock Properties LLC, announced recent lease transactions for a combined 24,640 sq. ft.
The leases were signed with CPG Architects, Stanwich Advisors and Reach Prep. Newmark Knight Frank, led by Brian Carcaterra, James Ritman and Jenny Prottas, serves as exclusive leasing agent for the building.
