OrderGroove Takes HQs space on Broad Street in Manhattan

NEW YORK—OrderGroove has signed a 16,000-sq.-ft. headquarters lease at 75 Broad Street. Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance’s (CBC Alliance) Barry Lewen, executive managing director, and Michael Okun, senior managing director, have arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant, which includes 10,000 sq. ft. of space on the property’s 23rd floor and an additional 6,000 sq. ft. of terrace space. Frank Cento of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

“This company has displayed incredible growth within a very brief period,” said Lewen. “I originally met founder and CEO Greg Alvo when OrderGroove was a home office start-up. It is now considered one of the leaders in the downtown technology renaissance and, as a HELM finalist, an amazing success.”

The OrderGroove headquarters are being designed by Casey DeBois. While terms of the lease were not disclosed, asking rents for the space were in the high $30s.
