NEW YORK—Sam Ash Music Corp. has opened a 30,000-sq.-ft. retail store at 333 West 34th Street in Manhattan. The new space consolidates the business of multiple storefronts. The music retailer is situated within walking distance from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and Herald Square.
Sam Ash opened its first Manhattan location on 48th Street in 1976.
"We have a lot of great memories on Music Row," said Richard Ash, CEO of Sam Ash Music Corp. "There is a lot of nostalgia associated with that street and we are proud to have been a part of its history. But we are very excited to have opened our doors on 34th Street. It's truly an amazing place to shop."
