Savitt Partners Secures Two Leases at 530 Seventh Avenue

NEW YORK CITY—Following a string of lease relocations at the 30-story showroom property, two additional fashion firms have committed to space at the 530 Seventh Avenue, according to Savitt Partners.

Kellwood Company, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of fashion brands, has agreed to a 3,400-sq.-ft. renewal at 530 Seventh Avenue for its contemporary dress division, Sangria. The apparel company works with such popular brands as Sag Harbor, Lamb & Flag, Scotch & Soda and Rebecca Taylor, among others.

The Savitt Partners team of Bob Savitt and Marc Schoen represented the building ownership in the lease negotiations. Kellwood was represented by Nicola Heryet at Cassidy Turley’s New York office.

Also renewing its lease at 530 Seventh Avenue is contemporary fashion firm Usalpaca New York LLC, which re-signed for 1,400 sq. ft. of space. The company carries two major brands -- Andean and Incalpaca, which showcase coats, sweaters and accessories for men and women.

Savitt Partners’ Marc Schoen, along with Michael Schoen, represented Usalpaca in the lease negotiations, while Savitt represented the landlord.
