NEW YORK—Summit Business Media has signed an eight-year, 17,000-sq.-ft. relocation and expansion lease at 469 Seventh Ave. Summit Business Media is relocating from 475 Park Ave. South, and will move into its new space at 469 Seventh Ave. in July.
Colliers International’s Eric Meyer, senior managing director and principal, Martin Meyer, vice chairman, arranged the lease on behalf of the building owners. Alan Wildes, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Comprised of 267,000 sq. ft. of space, 469 Seventh Ave. offers easy access to Penn Station and the Port Authority.
