Swarovski Opens Eighth Manhattan Location

NEW YORK—Swarovski, Austrian-based designer and manufacturer of crystal jewelry and objects, is opening its eighth Manhattan location at 365 Madison Ave. at the base of the Roosevelt Hotel.

RKF worked on behalf of the landlord and tenant for the 2,141-sq.-ft. store, which consists of 1,641 sq. ft. of ground-floor space and 500 sq. ft. of basement space.

RKF’s Robert Cohen, executive vice president, and Jaclyn Totolo, director, served on behalf of Swarovski Retail Ventures Ltd.; Gary Alterman, executive vice president, and Pamela Haber, director, served on behalf of RHC Operating.

Swarovski, founded in 1895, currently operates seven additional boutiques in Manhattan, including locations at Rockefeller Center; The Shops at Columbus Circle; 1540 Broadway in Times Square; 625 Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side; The MetLife Building at 200 Park Ave.; The Bloomberg Tower at 731 Lexington Ave. and Penn Plaza at 200 West 34 St. in Midtown.
