ISELIN, NJ—Tishman Speyer has tapped Cushman and Wakefield Inc. to serve as exclusive leasing agent for The Offices at MetroPark, a 907,000-sq.-ft., three-building complex on 34 acres in Iselin, N.J.
The Cushman and Wakefield team leading the efforts includes Paul Giannone, Kevin Carton and Todd Elfand.
The three-building complex includes 194 Wood Ave. South, a 472,000-sq.-ft. office building, 200 Wood Ave. South, a 285,000-sq.-ft. office property, and 190 Wood Ave. South, a 150,000-sq.-ft. flex property.
Constructed in 2000, 1976 respectively, 194 Wood Ave. South and 200 Wood Ave. South are connected by an enclosed walkway that was constructed in 2001.
On-site amenities at the complex include dual power feeds and redundant UPS and generator back-up power, a day care, full-service cafeteria, 24/7 seurity, storage space and on-stie management.
