NEW YORK—Massey Knakal has coordinated the sale of 360-362 Broadway, a mixed-use building situated on the southeast corner of Franklin Street and Broadway in Tribeca, in a transaction valued at $23 million.
Massey Knakal’s Bob Knakal, chairman, along with Nick Petkoff, director of sales, exclusively handled the deal.
Standing five stories tall, 360-362 Broadway contains eight residential units and two retail stores totaling 26,723 sq. ft. of space. All eight residential units are fair market, loft-style apartment units.
The building was part of a 28-building Century Portfolio, which Knakal has been marketing for the last several months.
