Underground Visuals Expands, Relocates to Space on 38th

NEW YORK—Underground Visuals Inc. has signed a 10-year, 10,000-sq.-ft. lease expansion and relocation at 263 West 38th Street. The tenant, a large-format digital printing facility, was represented in the transaction by Peter Newman of Handler Real Estate Organization. Scott Galin, principal of Handler, represented the landlord in the deal.

Currently, Underground Visuals occupies space at 307 West 38th Street. When the company relocates to its new space at 263 West 38th Street this summer, it will double in size.

“Underground Visuals loves the area but needed more space to accommodate its growth,” said Galin. “By moving to 263 West 38th Street they will occupy an entire floor with a newer, more efficient layout they will customize to better suit their current needs.”
