Miami – Acting on behalf of Belleview Florida Partners Ltd., locally based BlackRock Realty Advisors sold Belleview Regional Shopping Center in Belleview, Fla. for $10.2 million. The undisclosed purchaser completed the transaction using new conduit financing, and it was 98 percent occupied at the time of the sale. The 204,487 sq.-ft. community shopping center is anchored by Kmart and Winn-Dixie.
