CLK/HP One Old Country LLC has acquired One Old Country Road for $65 million from Treeline 1 OCR, an entity controlled by The Treeline Cos. The five-story, 315,750 sq. ft. office building, which includes a promenade, is in Nassau County, N.Y., and situated within a half mile of Exit M1 off the Meadowbrook Parkway. Building amenities include a full-service cafeteria, barber shop, and covered parking. It is within walking distance of retail and restaurants.
BECO Management Inc. has acquired Washington Business Park for $68 million from Cohen Cos. The nine-building mixed-use portfolio totals 565,991 sq. ft. and is located in the Lantham submarket of Prince George's County, Md., on 47.6 acres. It includes two office buildings and seven flex buildings. The portfolio is 89% leased to multiple tenants, including CACI Enterprise Solutions as well as Verizon Directories Services.
Spectrum Partners and Angelo Gordon have acquired the Mid-Atlantic portfolio from Regency Centers and co-investment partner Macquarie Countrywide of Australia for approximately $108 million at a capitalization rate of 7.75%. The shopping center portfolio includes seven properties. The Regency Centers and Macquarie co-investment partnership will sell properties throughout the year as part of a capital recycling strategy.
