Columbia, S.C. – Locally based Edens & Avant recently acquired Tree Trail Village in Lilburn, Ga., which is anchored by a 48,000 sq. ft. Publix.
The shopping center is the second of two centers that Edens & Avant owns in Lilburn, and the 14th shopping center the company owns in the Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area.
