Kipp/Stawski closes in on lease-up of 360 Madison Ave.

NEW YORK — The Kipp/Stawski Group has signed Gerard Klauer Mattison (GKM) to a 15-year, 83,900 sq. ft. lease at 360 Madison Ave. GKM will occupy floors three, four, five and 10 in the building.

The 25-story, 360,000 sq. ft. glass office building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2002. The GKM deal leaves the development 63% preleased.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Paul Glickman, Matthew Astrachan and Shawna Menifee represented Kipp/Stawski, while Charles Salfeld of Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein was legal counsel for the landlord. Providing tenant rep services, John Maher, Paul Myers and John Pavone Jr. of CB Richard Ellis represented GKM.
