Legacy Partners begins spec construction on third I-15 corridor complex

SAN DIEGO — Foster City, Calif.-based Legacy Partners has begun construction on Legacy Sabre Springs, a 423,000 sq. ft. office complex in the I-15 corridor. Located at the intersection of Sabre Springs Parkway and Evening Creek Drive North, the three, 6-story buildings in the project will each include 141,000 sq. ft. of space. The first of the buildings is scheduled for occupancy in fall 2002.

The complex is one in a string of Legacy Partners projects in the I-15 corridor. The firm recently completed the 417,265 sq. ft. Legacy Stowe Business Centre in Poway, Calif., and the 186,090 sq. ft. The Point in Rancho Bernardo, Calif. Both projects are currently 100% leased.
