PRIMEDIA’s National Real Estate Investor and Shopping Center World Recognized For Editorial Excellence

Atlanta – June 13, 2002 – National Real Estate Investor and Shopping Center World magazines, members of PRIMEDIA’s Real Estate Group and two of the leading sources of information in the field of commercial real estate, have been honored recently by the 2002 Magazine Association of Georgia and by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).

Honors from the 2002 Magazine Association of Georgia GAMMA awards ceremony include the following:
· Best Feature: Gold – National Real Estate Investor took top honors for its October 2001 feature following the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Concluding that National Real Estate Investor’s October issue was worthy of the best feature award, the judges stated that in facing uncharted waters, it was an “excellent news assessment of the New York City real estate market post 9/11.”
· Best Magazine Website: Gold - National Real Estate Investor took top honors for its website
· Best Single Cover: Silver and Bronze - Shopping Center World was awarded a Silver for its August 2001 cover and National Real Estate Investor was recognized with a Bronze for its February 2001 cover.
· General Excellence: Bronze – National Real Estate Investor took general excellence honors for quality based on the submission of three full issues.

Additionally ASBPE recognized National Real Estate Investor with Gold distinction for Best Single News Article and Bronze for Best Staff-Written Regular Column, while Shopping Center World received Silver recognition for Best Publication Redesign.
