GENERAL MANAGER
Copaken, White & Blitt, a leading real estate developer and property manager of shopping malls and office buildings since 1922, is seeking an innovative, energetic professional to manage Eastland Mall in Bloomington, Illinois.
The General Manager utilizes planning and human and financial resources to maximize net operating income and tenant and owner satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing financial management of the property, tenant relations, marketing, community relations, overseeing maintenance and security, human resources, and supporting temporary leasing efforts.
Position requires BA/BS in business or related field, and 3+ years of retail property management experience. Must have a comprehensive understanding of financial, operations and marketing functions within the industry. CSM or CPM designation & real estate license are preferred.
