ARLINGTON, Va. – The subsidiary of Chicago-based Corus Bankshares Inc., Corus Bank, has provided a $26.4 million construction loan to an affiliate of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. to finance Ballston Gateway, an 8-story, 137,000 sq. ft. Class-A office project here. The loan provides 80% of the project’s cost. Trammell Crow is serving as equity investor, developer, leasing agent and manager for the Ballston Gateway project.
