TrizecHahn opens Alliance Center in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Chicago-based TrizecHahn Corp. is nearing the opening of the only major office development to be delivered in Buckhead this year. The 560,000 sq. ft. One Alliance Center, the first of four towers that are expected to cost more than $100 million, will open Oct. 23.

The 10-acre urban park complex ultimately will include 1.5 million sq. ft. of office and residential space, and is likely to be the only development to move forward in the Atlanta submarket in the foreseeable future due to infrastructure limitations. Atlanta architects Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates designed the building located at the intersection of Ga. Highway 400 and Lenox Road.

The 20-story One Alliance Center is 70% leased, and will include such tenants as S1 Corp., Towers Perrin, BBDO and EBC Office Centers.
