VAN NUYS, CA—The 25-unit Vose Manor has sold to Vose Regency Apartment LLC for $4.1 million. Owners Vose LLC and C.F. Saticoy disposed of the 95 percent leased property, located at 15329 Vose St. in Van Nuys, Calif.
