LOS ANGELES — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired industry veterans Patrick Church and Anneke Greco as agency leasing brokers focused on the Tri-Cities submarket. Church joins JLL as a Managing Director and Greco joins as a Vice President. The duo will focus on leasing services to institutional landlords and property owners in Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena with plans to broaden geographic coverage as needed by clients.

Church and Greco join JLL with more than 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, Church served as a senior vice president and Greco as vice president at CB Richard Ellis where they worked with institutional owners specializing in the sale and leasing of office building throughout the Tri-Cities. During their career, the duo participated in more than six million square feet and in the last two years alone have completed more than $700 million in deal consideration.
