At the reception, a ‘Sweetheart Commission Deal’ was announced in which Brokers will earn a fee of $1.50 per square foot per year for new tenants signing an initial five-year lease. The offer expires on February 14, 2014, Valentine’s Day. There remains only 14,871 square feet available.
