PRESS RELEASE: CBRE Group, Inc. Named Exclusive Leasing Agent For The Green at Princeton

PLAINSBORO, N.J. – CBRE Group, Inc., New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that it has been selected to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for The Green at Princeton, a 720,000-square-foot, Class A office/R&D campus located in Plainsboro, N.J.

CBRE’s team of Alec Monaghan, first vice president; Joe Sarno, executive vice president; Jeremy Neuer, senior vice president; Adam Englander, vice president; and Wes Moore, vice president, will oversee the leasing and marketing campaign on behalf of the owners, Scudders Land Holdings LLC, by a joint venture between LCOR, Ivy Equities and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation.

The campus – located at 700 Scudders Mill Road – could comprise approximately five to six buildings on more than 100 acres, including 60 acres of preserved open space ensuring tenants will have expansive, unobstructed views.

In addition, the site is just minutes from Princeton Junction Train Station served by New Jersey Transit and Amtrak, adjacent to the new University Medical Center at Princeton and 50 miles to either New York City or Philadelphia.
