NEW YORK (Nov. 26, 2013) – The New York office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, recently completed a five-year, 5,162-square-foot lease at 304 Park Avenue South for iAcquire, a Phoenix- and NYC-based content marketing agency that specializes in marketing strategy, social media and SEO. iAcquire will relocate to its new headquarters in Midtown South during December 2013.
“iAcquire was looking for a larger New York office that would convey its identity as a cutting-edge new media company. A location surrounded by like-minded firms in Midtown South was an unbeatable option,” said Eric Thomas, senior vice president at Cresa New York. “iAcquire was also attracted to 304 Park Avenue South because its owners have a large office portfolio across the city, which could be tapped for more space as soon as needed.”
304 Park Avenue South is a 215,000-square-foot, 12-story property, conveniently located on the corner of 23rd St. in Midtown South. Less than a block from Madison Square Park, the building features immediate proximity to the subway, 18,000-square-foot floor plates and recent lobby renovations and elevator upgrades. Other tenants include IMG Worldwide, MWW Group and retailers H&R Block, Bath & Body Works and Starbucks.

Although terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking rent at the property was in the upper $60-per-square-foot range. Cresa New York’s Eric Thomas represented iAcquire throughout the transaction. The landlord in the transaction, SL Green Realty Corporation, was represented in-house by Senior Managing Director, Gary Rosen.
