Columbus, OH - Equity is pleased to announce the addition of Don Weiher as the new Director of Brokerage Services.
Don has been in the real estate business for 37 years and has extensive experience in sales, leasing, and new project and business development. Prior to joining Equity, Don was a co-owner of the largest full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management firm in Northwest (Toledo) Ohio (formerly known as Michael Realty Company) before they merged with CB Richard Ellis in 2007.
Over the course of his career, Don has earned numerous production awards and he is a lifetime member of the President’s Club of the Ohio Association of Realtors ®. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce and is past Chairman of the Toledo Small Business Association. He has earned professional accreditations including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI).
Don has proven success in leading new business development efforts and his vast experience as a top broker will be invaluable to Equity as we continue to expand our brokerage operations.
