PARAMUS, NJ – President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group today announced the firm has successfully consummated the sale of a 5,400 SF free standing building in Freehold, NJ, to Ray Catena Motor Car Corporation for $1,600,000. The seller was Cortese Properties, LLC. Mark Handwerker of The Goldstein Group represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
"This highly visible property has been a mainstay in Freehold Township for a generation. We were excited to assist the Sellers in accomplishing their goal." said Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group.
Catena recently received approvals to build a 72,000 SF Audi dealership on the adjacent property. The sale of the 1.82 acre property will afford the additional expansion for their dealership.
