“The Boys and Girls Club of Cecil County has agreed to give first priority to children who reside at New East Crossing,” Ingerman said. “This is a unique amenity that will greatly benefit the families who live here.”

New East Crossing will feature eight residential buildings, with first occupancy expected in October 2013. Each of the community’s Internet/cable-ready apartments will feature patios and balconies and washer/dryer hookups. To help residents save on energy costs, each apartment has been equipped with Energy Star-certified windows, heating and cooling systems, lighting and appliances.

New East Crossing will provide residents with 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site management and a full resident services program tailored to fit the needs of those living within the community.

Situated just off of Route 40, New East Crossing is minutes from the Chesapeake Bay’s many recreational opportunities, and is in close proximity to various shopping venues, grocery stores, schools, houses of worship and parks.
