ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that the financial services firm, Moss Adams, LLP, has signed an 18,954-square-foot lease in Two Park Square, an 182,925-square-foot office building located in the heart of uptown in Albuquerque, NM. Recently relocating from a nearby property, Moss Adams was able to consolidate their operation into one large single floor on the sixth level of the 10-story building. With the signing of this lease, Two Park Square is 94 percent leased.
Moss Adam’s space, designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, consists of extensive floor-to-ceiling glass partitions and sliding-glass barn doors, which create a highly functional and visually open work environment, and provide spectacular views of the surrounding Sandia, Manzano, Jemez and San Mateo mountain ranges.
