PRESS RELEASE: RiverRock Real Estate Group Expands into Denver ─ Selected To Manage 630,000 Sq. Ft. Office and Industrial Portfolio

Denver, Colorado.  – RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast based commercial real estate management and leasing firm, today announced that AEW Capital Management (AEW) has awarded RiverRock the management of a 630,000-square-foot of portfolio office and industrial space located in Denver and surrounding communities.  This is the second new AEW management assignment the past three months.  In July, RiverRock was awarded management of a 2.6 million-square-foot of portfolio office and industrial space located in Southern California and Arizona.

RiverRock will take over property management and engineering of five properties throughout the Denver metropolitan area.  RiverRock will add approximately eight employees who currently oversee the management and engineering of the portfolio.

In the past 12 months, RiverRock has grown its management portfolio by 10 million square feet. With the addition of this contract, the company now manages more than 26 million square feet of commercial space.
