California, MD – SJS-Wildewood S.C. L.P., the owners of the Wildewood Shopping Center in California, Md., are proud to announce the arrival of Bed Bath & Beyond in the first quarter of 2014.
In addition to its 1,008 stores across the United States, this Bed Bath & Beyond will be part of the 285,000-square-foot center that is currently anchored by JC Penney and Belk. Bed Bath & Beyond will occupy most of the former McKay’s grocery space at 23415 Three Notch Road.
Sandra Hunt, Scheer Partners’ Senior Vice President of Investment Sales, represented the landlord, and Les Sax of Sax Realty represented the tenant.
Hunt, the center’s local representative, says, “Bed Bath & Beyond is a great addition to the Wildewood Shopping Center, and we are excited to bring the center’s occupancy to 95 percent.”
