CHICAGO–Sperry Van Ness Chicago Commercial has completed the sale of a mixed-use property in the heart of Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. The building, located at 5356-58 N Clark Street is fully leased and consists of four apartments and four stores. Wayne Caplan of Sperry Van Ness, LLC represented the Seller. "This is a trophy Andersonville location with long-term upside for the purchaser." Caplan said. The property sold for $1,400,000.
