GARDEN CITY, NY - The Treeline Companies, a value-add asset developer, owner and investor throughout the New York metropolitan region, announced today that two new leases totaling 17,793 square feet were signed at 1225 Franklin Avenue Plaza in Garden City, NY. Kraig Silver, executive vice president of The Treeline Companies, made the announcement.
Bessemer Trust Company, N.A., a privately owned wealth management and investment advisory firm, has committed to 14,553 square feet on the 5th floor of the building. The company will use the new space at 1225 Franklin Avenue Plaza for its administrative offices. Kraig Silver of The Treeline Companies represented the owner, while Kyle Crennan and Chris Kraus of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
Fresenius Management Services, Inc. also signed a new, 3,240 square-foot lease at the building on the 5th floor. The management arm of Fresenius Medical Care – the world's largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis for chronic kidney failure – will use the space for its administrative offices. Kraig Silver of The Treeline Companies represented ownership, and Richard Caputi of Cresa Partners represented the tenant in the deal.
